Information on local cycle rides can also be found on the events page and other cycling clubs can be found on the links page.

If you organise local rides please email info@cyclewest.co.uk and we will add your organisation to this page.

Bristol CTC

Cycle rides every Sunday from 15-100 miles with stops for refreshments. There is a policy of tailoring rides, especially the easier ones, to the pace of the slowest rider - so you won’t get left behind! For more experienced rided there are several 100k Audax rides throughout the year.

On Wednesdays in the summer, there are short  leisurely rides to  local pubs and on Wednesdays in the winter there is a clubroom night with presentations, quizzes etc

Cycling weekends away are organised as well as  longer tours both in the UK and abroad.

Bath CTC

The Bath Section organises day long Sunday rides for its members. Rides vary in length, but generally there is at least one long (faster paced) and one short (easy paced) ride each month, to cater for riders of varying ability. In addition to our Sunday rides, they also organise occasional Cycling / Youth Hostel weekends, and participate in local and national CTC events.
